Autumn contest is for all players who are in member bands of the LBBA. There are
15 sections for different age ranges and open section with competitions
for Solos, Duets, Quartets, Sight reading and Air-Varies.

known as the "Leicester" contest, the association's November Open Brass
Band contest is increasing in popularity. The event is now held in the halls of
Garendon High School and adjoining Burleigh Community College in Loughborough.
